This may be the responsory Cantus ID 006918 because of the last two words (visible here) and its likely liturgical position being vespers of Cathedra Petri. However, the following chant (V. Nimis) is not a verse for this respond in known sources. (It could be a versicle, but why would the respond be written in full with notation and not have its verse, even in abbreviated form?) If the centre piece of this folio is found, it would solve these mysteries.
